Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all consulting, interim management, and coaching services provided by Anna Leon (Leon Consulting), Lindenfelser Weg 4, 14163 Berlin, Germany. By engaging my services, the client accepts these Terms.

2. Services and Fees

All services, fees, and objectives are agreed individually in writing (for example, by proposal or email).
Prices are stated in euros and exempt from VAT according to § 19 UStG (Small-Business Regulation).
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.

 

3. Cancellations

Coaching or consulting sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Later cancellations or missed sessions may be invoiced in full.
Project and interim agreements follow the terms stated in the individual contract.

 

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during the collaboration is treated as strictly confidential. I will not disclose client information to third parties unless legally required or explicitly authorised.

 

5. Liability

Liability exists only for intent or gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, I am liable only for the breach of essential contractual duties and limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

 

6. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data-protection laws and my Privacy Policy
.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials and documents provided remain my intellectual property and may not be copied or used commercially without written consent.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, provided the client is a business entity (§ 14 BGB).
