With over a decade in senior HR leadership across banking, fintech, and fast-growing startups, I’ve seen first-hand how demanding it can be to balance strategy, structure, and people in times of change. Having led teams through transformation, growth, and uncertainty, I understand what it takes to create stability while still moving things forward.

My approach is grounded in practical experience and a deep understanding of how organizations work under pressure. I integrate quickly, bring focus and stability, and help leaders and teams build strong foundations for long-term success. The goal is to create HR functions that perform under pressure and enable the business to grow.
